Product Overview
The ChamSys 10Scene Contact can be used in conjunction with the QuickQ/MagicQ console systes featuring 10Scene Ports, GeNetix 10Scene Gateway or GeNetix GN5/GN10/GN10P/GN10R to allow triggering of 10 Scene’s via its dry contact trigger inputs.
In it’s out of box configuration the 10Scene Gateway toggle on/off the 10 Scenes or Executes from the Execute Window of its connected device. Is it possible in software to change the default configuration to allow the 10Scene act as contact inputs triggering automations and other items within MagicQ/QuickQ systems.
Installation
The 10Scene Contactuses its own 10Scene protocol for communication between units and the controller. The recommended installation cable to be used is standard Cat5e or Cat6 networking cable, the unit is not supplied with any cable. 10Scene contacts are powered over the 10Scene protocol, no external power supply is required.
